Accessing the show on a tablet
The webpage for the show is designed to look different depending on the device you are using. On a laptop or desktop, you should see a video call window on the left, and an interactive panel on the right. On a smartphone, you should only see the panel on the right. This is so that if you are seeing the show in person, you do not get a second view of the video call, and can just use your phone to interact.
But what if you brought a tablet to the show, so that you had a larger screen to see the interactive panel? In that case, we will need to fool the website into thinking you are on a lower resolution device, so that it doesn't try to cram in the video call sceen as well.
Android Zoom in with Chrome
Chrome allows us to do this quickly and easily:
- Tap More (the three dots or "hamburger" menu)
- Tap Zoom
- Use the slider to zoom in and out of the page.
Zoom in until the video call is not visible, and the text is comfortable for you to read.
